Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Do not microwave. Cooking: Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for perfect baking. 3. Arrange Bake Perfect Oven Bags with window side up in a shallow baking pan. Do not pierce, cut, or open the bags. 4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher). Carefully cut open one end of the bag to remove fillet. Caution: Hot steam will escape when bag is opened. Cook fillets thoroughly before serving.
