Ingredients

Haddock, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Canola, Soybean, and/or Rice Bran), Water, Modified Corn Starch, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion Powder, Dried Yeast, Paprika and Turmeric Extract Color, Dextrose, Natural Flavoring, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture), Whey.

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen fillet(s) in shallow metal baking pan, so not touching each other. 3. Bake uncovered 15 to 17 minutes (Oven temperature may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly), or until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 10 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended.
