Ingredients

Minced Alaska Pollock, Bleached Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and/or Canola), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Less than 2% of: Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Palm Oil, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Yeast, Natural Flavor, Whey, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture).

Contains: pollock, wheat, milk. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow coking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 25 to 28 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or high before serving) until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 15 minutes of cooking. Microwaving in not recommended.
