Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 21 to 23 minutes (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher.) until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 14 minutes of cooking. Cook fillets thoroughly before serving. Microwaving is not recommended.
