Batter Coating: Rice Flour, Water, Wheat Flour, Beer (Water, Barley Malt, Corn, Rice, Hops, Yeast), Tapioca Dextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Whey, Dextrose, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Sunflower Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor. Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: 2 options. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Traditional Cooking Directions: Conventional oven. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 23-25 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 14 minutes. Faster Cooking Directions: Microwave + oven broiler. For more than 4 fillets, traditional cooking directions are recommended. 1. Microwave (1100 watts) (Note: For lower wattage microwaves, microwave an additional 30 seconds) fish fillets in a single layer on high for 1 minute. Use microwavable dish; paper plate not recommended. 2. While microwaving, move oven rack to middle of oven. 3. Turn oven on broil setting (hi or 550 degrees F). Preheat oven for only 1 minute. 4. Caution: Hot! Transfer fish fillets onto metal baking pan and broil according to the chart below. Broil Cook Times (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or higher before serving). 2 Fillets: 4 minutes; flip; 3-5 minutes. 4 Fillets: 5 minutes; flip; 4-6 minutes.
