Directions

Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Not recommended for microwave cooking. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place desired number of fillets on baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 20-22 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through cook time. CAUTION: Fillets are HOT.
