Haddock, Bleached Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and/or Canola), Water, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Less than 2% of: Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Palm Oil, Onion Powder, Whey, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Yeast, Natural Flavor, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture).

Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish sticks in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between sticks. 4. Bake uncovered 20 to 24 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn sticks over after 14 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended.
