Ingredients

Solution Ingredients: Turkey Broth, Salt, Sugar, Natural Flavoring.

Directions

Keep frozen. Thawing (Defrosting): Do not open bag until turkey breast is defrosted. Keep turkey breast cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Place on tray in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Cooking: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey from bag and rinse in cold water and pat dry. Place turkey, breast-side up, on a rack in a shallow uncovered roasting pan. Brush lightly with oil or butter and season with salt, pepper, and seasoning, as desired. If desired, cover loosely with foil tent. See roasting time table for approximate cooking time. Baste turkey occasionally. To brown, remove foil tent. Turkey is done when center of timer pops up, or when a meat thermometer inserted into the breast reaches 170 degrees F. Let turkey stand 15-20 minutes before carving. Using a Meat Thermometer: If using a thermometer in addition to the pop-up timer, insert into the thickest part of breast without touching bone (recommended). Estimated Roasting Time: 4-6 lbs: 1-1/2 to 2 hours (325 degrees F). 6-8 lbs: 2-3 hours (325 degrees F). Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
