In roasting pan. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. 1 lb, 10 oz turkey, 6 oz gravy. Jennie-O Turkey Store Roasts are a convenient way to serve delicious turkey any day of the week It makes its own gravy, and can be served with a side of potatoes or stuffing. For a lean and tasty change of pace try an open faced hot turkey sandwich or cut turkey into small cubes and serve on pasta or rice. Ready to roast. No messy clean-up.


Turkey Roast: White, Dark and Mechanically Separated Turkey Containing up to 23% of a Solution of Turkey Broth, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Flavoring. Gravy: Water, Modified Food Starch, Sweet Whey Solids, Cornstarch, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Salt, Caramel Color, Calcium Caseinate, Chicken Fat, Onion Powder, Paprika, Xanthan Gum, Dicalcium Phosphate, Flavoring.


Roast from frozen state: 1. Heat conventional oven to 350 degrees F. Leave lid on foil pan. 2., Place foil pan on baking sheet at least 6 inches from top heating element. Oven roast until center of roast registers 165 degrees F (about 2 to 2 1/4 hours). Do not broil. Take internal temperature by inserting a meat thermometer into center of roast. For extra gravy: blend 1 tbsp flour with 1 cup water. Remove fully cooked roast from foil pan. Stir flour and water mixture evenly into gravy in foil pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
