Already precooked, Banquet Brown 'N Serve lite original links deliver that fresh, out of the pan taste in just minutes. These lite original links are made with a special blend of turkey, pork and seasonings that tastes great with less fat and fewer calories. It's the perfect addition for a wide variety of breakfast foods! For best results follow heating directions. Fat and caloric content has been reduced from 16 g fat and 180 cal to 8 g fat and 110 cal per serving. Food you love.

Directions

After opening, keep frozen. For food safety and quality keep frozen. Stove tops and microwave ovens vary. Adjust heating times as needed. Skillet recommended preparation. 1. Place frozen links and 3 tablespoons water in unheated skillet. Cover and heat over medium heat 5 minutes. 2. Uncover skillet and heat another 2 to 3 minutes. Turn links often to brown. Microwave Oven (Tested in 1100 Watt Oven): 1. Place frozen links on paper towel on microwave-safe dish, leaving space between links. 2. Heat on high power. 5 links, 1 minute. 10 links, 2 minutes. 3. Rearrange the 10 links halfway through heating for more even temperatures.
