It is ready for you to simply fill and bake for your own homemade touch. It is sure to impress when your gathering calls for more than just chips and dip. Keep frozen. How to Thaw: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thawing times may vary depending on room temperature and your equipment. Once thawed, best if used within 72 hours. Remove plastic wrapped pastry sheet from box and place on plate to thaw at room temperature 2 hours or until dough can be unfolded. Or remove plastic wrapped pastry sheet from box and place on plate to thaw in refrigerator overnight. Use in your favorite recipe calling for puff pastry. How to Bake: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Do not bake in microwave or toaster oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Unfold pastry sheet carefully on a lightly floured surface. If pastry has any cracks, sprinkle with water and press together to seal. 2. Cut sheet evenly into 8 pieces. Place on ungreased baking sheet about 1 -inch apart. 3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown (filled pastry may require longer bake time). 4. Remove pastry from baking sheet and cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Chefs Tips: This butter pastry is the perfect crust for both savory and sweet creations. Roll sweet or savory fillings into pastry pinwheel swirls. Wrap and decorate a small wheel of Brie cheese for Baked Brie en Croute. Sprinkle with cheese and seasonings; cut and bake for cheese straw twists. Line mini muffin pans with pastry for hors d'oeuvre cups. Top with your favorite fruit mixture and fold for a turnover.
