My daughter, Gillian, was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 1992 when she was six years old. Learning what foods were and were not safe was an exhausting process. KEEP FROZEN. BAKING DIRECTIONS: For empty baked crusts: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen crust bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. For single pies or quiches: 1. Preheat oven to according to your recipe. 2. Remove crust from freezer. 3. Pour filling into crust and bake as recipe directs.
