Ingredients

Organic Potatoes, Organic Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Corn Flour, Organic Dehydrated Potato, Organic Apple Juice Concentrate (to Promote Browning), Citric Acid (to Promote Color Retention).

Directions

Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of tater puffs on nonstick baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 8 minutes. Flip with spatula. Bake 8-10 minutes more or until desired crispness. 3. Season to taste and serve. Deep Fry: Preheat oil in fryer to 350 degrees F. 1. Place desired amount of tater puffs carefully in fryer basket. Fill only half full to prevent oil overflow and allow for even cooking. 2. Deep fry 4-6 minutes, until thoroughly cooked and desired crispness. Carefully remove basket from oil; drain puffs on paper towel. 3. Season to taste and serve. Caution: tater puffs will be hot.
