Directions

Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Pan Fry (with water): 1. Preheat nonstick skillet on medium. Add desired amount of frozen potatoes, making sure skillet is no more than 1/4 full. 2. Add 3 tablespoons water. 3. Cover and fry 9-11 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 4. Season to taste and serve. Pan Fry (with oil): 1. Preheat nonstick skillet on medium. 2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and carefully add desired amount of frozen potatoes, making sure skillet is no more than 1/4 full. Stir to coat with oil. 3. Cover and fry 9-11 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 4. Season to taste and serve. Chef Tip: For crispier hash browns, remove cover when done and fry 2-3 minutes longer. Caution: Hash browns will be hot!
