Organic Potatoes, Organic Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Organic Apple Juice Concentrate (to Promote Browning), Citric Acid (to Promote Color Retention).

Directions

Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of frozen potatoes on a nonstick baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 20-22 minutes for entire bag (12-14 minutes for half bag or less) until browned and desired crispness, turning once halfway through. 3. Season to taste and serve. Deep Fry: Preheat oil in fryer to 350 degrees F. 1. Place desired amount of fries carefully in fryer basket. Fill only half full to prevent oil overflow and allow for even cooking. 2. Deep fry 2-3 minutes, until thoroughly cooked and desired crispness. Carefully remove basket from oil; drain fries on paper towel. 3. Season to taste and serve.
