Ingredients

Ingredients (Vegan): Organic Quinoa, Organic Mushroom, Organic Onions, Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Gluten Free Oats (Certified Gluten Free), Organic Walnuts, Organic Potatoes, Organic Garbanzo Bean Flour, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic.

Individuals with Food Allergies: This product is made in a facility that also processes foods containing whet, milk, soy, tree nuts and seeds (including sunflower seeds). In addition to gluten testing, strict allergen control measures are implemented at all levels of production. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.

Directions

Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. These burgers are fully pre-baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry. Stovetop: Heat on lightly oiled skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until heated throughout. Barbecuing: Oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Toaster Oven or Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place patty on baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Flip. Cook for 4-5 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave Oven: Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let stand 1 minute before eating.
