Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Place rollatini in a single layer on baking sheet spaced about 1-inch apart. 2. Bake 30-35 minutes until thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce. Chef Tip: Try baking with sauce. Spread bottom of baking dish with 1-2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce. Add rollatini in single layer; cover. Bake in 400 degree oven 50-55 minutes, removing cover during last 10 minutes of bake time. Serve with additional sauce and sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano cheese.
