Directions

Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Stovetop: 1. Add desired amount of frozen crumbles and add 2 tablespoons water to a greased non-stick skillet on medium-high. Do not overcrowd skillet. 2. Cook 6-7 minutes, stirring often until thoroughly cooked and lightly browned. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place 1 cup frozen crumbles and 1 tablespoon water in microwave-safe dish. Cover with lid or vented microwave-safe plastic. 2. Cook on High 1 minute 45 seconds-2 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Chef Tips: Use as a substitute for ground beef in your favorite recipe.
