Water, Macaroni (Semolina [Wheat], Niacin, Iron [Ferrous Sulfate], Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Whole Milk, Light Cream (Milk, Cream, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate), Process American Cheese Product (Cultured Pasteurized Milk and Skim Milk, Buttermilk, Milkfat, Salt, Contains Less than 2% of Sodium Phosphate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Enzymes), Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cultures and Annatto), Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Annatto Extract, Spices.

Keep frozen. How to Cook: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave (1100 Watts)/Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box; place on microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. 2. Microwave on high 12 minutes. Carefully peel film from tray. Place tray on baking sheet. 3. Bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Remove tray from box and place on microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. 2. Cook on high 12 minutes. Carefully peel film from tray; stir. Replace film. 3. Reduce power to medium (50%) and cook 9-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 4. Let rest in oven 5 minutes before serving. Use pot holders to remove from microwave. Carefully remove film cover. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box. Remove and discard plastic film. Cover tray loosely with aluminum foil; place on baking sheet. 2. Bake 1 hour and 55 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (for a crispier top, remove foil about 15 minutes before end of bake time). 3. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and rest 5 minutes before serving. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot.
