Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave (1100 Watts): Peel back film to vent. Cook on high power for 3 min. Stir your bold! Re-cover. Cook on high power for 1:30-2:00 min. Let stand 1-2 min. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Peel back film to vent. 3. Place tray on baking sheet, center rack. 4. Cook for 30 min. 5. Stir and re-cover; cook 10-12 min. 6. Let stand 1-2 min. Caution: Product will be hot. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at lest 165 degrees F. Oven vary; cooking times may need adjustment. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Do not reheat tray.
