Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need adjustment. Microwave Oven: 1. Open carton. Remove dish. 2. No prep needed. Do not pierce or remove Fresh-Seal film before cooking. 3. Cook. Choose time that best matches power of your microwave. Microwave on high setting: 900 Watt: 6 to 6-1/2 min.; 1000 Watt: 5 to 5-1/2 min.; 1100 Watt: 4 to 4-1/2 min. Carefully peel back film using corner tab, gently stir, lay film back over dish. Microwave on high setting: 900 Watt: 1-1/2 to 2 min.; 1000 Watt: 1-1/2 to 2 min.; 1100 Watt: 1-1/2 to 2 min. It is normal for film balloon. 4. Let stand 2-3 min., carefully remove film, gently stir and enjoy. Caution: Proud will be hot! Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Film may split during cooking. Do not reheat the plate. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster ovens.
