Directions

Cook and serve. Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165°F. Microwave (1100 watts)-Bake Preheat oven to 375°F with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box; remove plastic wrap and place on microwave-safe plate. Cover with wax paper. 2. Microwave on HIGH 9 minutes. Remove wax paper; stir rice. 3. Place tray on baking sheet; cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake in oven 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 4. Let rest 1 - 2 minutes before serving. Oven Preheat oven to 375°F with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box; remove plastic wrap. Cover tray loosely with aluminum foil; place on baking sheet. 2. Bake 1 hour. Carefully remove foil; stir rice. Replace foil; bake an additional 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let rest 1-2 minutes before serving. Microwave (1100 watts) 1. Remove tray from box; remove plastic wrap and place on microwave safe plate. Cover with wax paper. 2. Cook on HIGH 9 minutes. Carefully lift wax paper; stir rice. Recover. 3. Reduce power to MEDIUM (50 %) and cook 9 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 4. Let rest in microwave 3 minutes before serving; use pot holders to remove. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. Chef tip did not make it onto the package: Chef Tip: Top with Roasted Tomato Salsa before serving.
