Keep frozen - cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 9 minutes; stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Serve and enjoy! Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. Do not microwave in bag. Pour meal into a 2-1/2-quart microwave side dish; cover.
