Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Remove tray and place on microwave safe plate. Peel film from one corner. 2. Microwave High 6-1/2 - 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Carefully stir rice and curry mixture; let stand 1 minute. 3. Spoon curry mixture over rice before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees with rack in center. 1. Remove tray and place on baking sheet. Peel film from one corner. 2. Bake 20 minutes, carefully remove from oven and peel film from tray. Stir both rice and curry mixture; replace film. 3. Return to oven and continue cooking 9 - 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked; let stand 1 minute. 4. Spoon curry mixture over rice before serving.
