Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Stove Top (Chef Recommended): Cook only one at a time. 1. Pour meal into a large non-stick skillet. 2. Cover and cook on medium-high 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and continue cooking 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes: serve and enjoy! Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. Do not microwave in bag. 1. Pour meal into an 8-inch square microwave safe dish; cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes. 3. Stir and replace cover. 4. Microwave an additional 4 to 6 minutes; stir. 5. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; serve and enjoy!
