Keep frozen. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave (1100 Watts) - Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box; place on microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. 2. Microwave on High 12 minutes. Carefully peel film from tray; stir. Place tray on baking sheet. 3. Bake in oven 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven (1100 Watts): 1. Remove tray from box and place on microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. 2. Cook on high 12 minutes. Carefully peel film from tray; stir. Replace film. 3. Reduce powder to medium (50%) and cook 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 4. Let rest in oven 5 minutes before serving. Use pot holders to remove from oven. Carefully remove film cover. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Remove tray from box. Remove and discard film. Cover loosely with aluminum foil; place on baking sheet. 2. Bake 1 hour. Carefully remove foil and stir. Replace foil; bake an additional 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. 3. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and rest 5 minutes before serving. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot.
