Directions

Keep frozen. Ready to cook. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. 1. Place cutlets in a single layer on baking sheet. 2. Bake 8-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Stovetop: 1. Place non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add desired number of cutlets to pan in a single layer. 2. Cook 7-9 minutes, turning often until thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Chef Tip: Serve with your favorite sauce topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
