Basmati Rice, Water, Seasoned Chicken Fillets (Chicken, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Salt), Cream (Milk, Cream, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphate, Carrageenan, Dextrose), Yogurt (Skim Milk, Whole Milk, Skim Milk Powder, Starter Culture), Onion, Water, Creamed Coconut, Canola Oil, Almonds, Spices (Includes Paprika and Turmeric), Cilantro, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Modified Corn Starch.

Keep frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave: 1. Remove tray and place on microwave safe plate. Peel film from one corner. 2. Microwave on High 6 1/2 - 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Carefully stir rice and chicken mixture; let stand 1 minute. 3. Spoon chicken and sauce over rice before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Remove tray and place on baking sheet. Peel film from one corner. 2. Bake 20 minutes, carefully remove from oven and peel film from tray. Stir both rice and chicken mixture; replace film. 3. Return to oven and continue cooking 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked; let stand 1 minutes. 4. Spoon chicken and sauce over rice before serving.
