Ingredients

Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Seasoning (Sea Salt, Native Corn Starch, Spices, Chicken Stock, Torula Yeast, Evaporated Cane Juice Crystals, Dried Garlic and Onion).

Directions

Keep frozen. Heat & serve. How to Heat: Heat times may vary depending on your equipment. Heat thoroughly to 165 degrees F (Taking temperature of largest pieces). Keep frozen until ready to heat. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place about half of a bag of strips in single layer on baking pan with sides. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water to pan; cover loosely with foil. 3. Bake 16-18 minutes for half of the bag (22-24 minutes for a full bag on large baking pan) or until thoroughly heated, taking temperature of largest pieces. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place 5-6 chicken pieces in microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water to dish; cover with lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap with vent holes. 3. Cook on High 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let rest 1-2 minutes before serving. Stir Fry: 1. Preheat wok or skillet 1 minute on Medium-High. Add about half of a bag of strips and 2 tablespoons water. Do not over crowd pan. 2. Stir and toss, keeping chicken moving, 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, taking temperature of largest pieces. Caution: Chicken will be hot.
