Tender shaped chicken breast patties. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. 5 star frozen. Fully cooked! 0 g trans fat per serving. We draw on the appetizing flavors of spices and garlic for a delicious blend to bread our tender shaped chicken breast patties. Crisp and juicy right out of the oven, they're sure to satisfy. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Soy Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavors. Breaded with: Wheat Flour, Water, Bleached Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Salt, Whey, Natural Flavors, Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Yeast, Calcium Propionate, Oleoresin Paprika, Caramel Color, Potassium Sorbate (to Protect Freshness), Guar Gum, Extractives of Paprika.

Directions

Keep frozen. Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer on baking sheet 3. Bake on middle oven rack for 12 to 14 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150 degrees F - 160 degrees F. 4. Turn tenders halfway through heating time. Convection (Fan) Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle oven rack for 12 to 14 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150 - 160 degrees F. 4. Turn tenders halfway through heating time. Microwave Oven: 1. Place frozen tenders in single layer on microwave safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on High for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, turning halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Appliances may vary. Heating times are approximate.
