Ready to go Microwavable in 4 minutes! KEEP FROZEN HOW TO COOK Cooking may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave (1100 watts) 1. Remove tray from sleeve; lift one corner of plastic film to vent. Place tray on microwave safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 3 1/2 - 4 min. Allow to rest in microwave 2 min.
