Keep Frozen HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees. Microwave cooking is not recommended. Oven Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 1. Remove bacon wrapped scallops from packaging and place about two inches apart on parchment or foil lined baking sheet. Set aside crab cakes. 2. Bake 6 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven; add crab cakes, placing about two inches apart. 3. Continue baking 13-15 minutes until scallops and crab cakes are cooked thoroughly and light golden brown. Caution: Bacon wrapped scallops contain a food pick. Remove pick before eating.
