Keep refrigerated. Grill: Preheat grill. Sear until center is hot. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil and cook over medium heat, turning once a minute, or as needed, until center is hot. Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Place burgers on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake 6-8 minutes as needed, until center is hot.
