Filling: Chicken, Toasted Wheat Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast), Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Citric Acid), Salt, Yeast Extract, Ground Rosemary, Onion Powder, Steak Seasoning (Spices [Black Pepper, Crushed Chili, Ground Bay Leaves, Coriander, Caraway], Dehydrated Onion, Canola Oil), Black Pepper, Nutmeg Powder, Crushed Chili (Spices, Canola Oil).

Keep refrigerated. How to Cook: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Stovetop: 1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil.
