Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Whey Milk, Bacterial Cultures, Salt, Citric Acid), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, and Enzymes), Organic Emmental Cheese (Organic Unpasteurized Milk, Bacterial Cultures, Salt, Microbial Enzyme), Mozzarella (Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Microbial Enzyme), Toasted Wheat Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast), Garlic.

Directions

Keep Refrigerated. How to Cook (Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment). Rangetop: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to boil. Add salt to taste (optional). 2. Add pasta; reduce heat to MEDIUM and stir gently. Gently cook 5-6 minutes. 3. Carefully drain and serve hot with your favorite sauce. Chef tip: serve with Basil pesto and a sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Pasta can be frozen before use by date. If frozen, do not thaw; add 1-2 min to cook time. Best if used within 3 days after opening.
