Product Details

First Ingredient is Cauliflower. Our Food You Feel Good About yellow banner is your shortcut to great-tasting products with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.


Cauliflower, Rice Flour, Potato Flakes [Dehydrated Potatoes], Water, Pasteurized Eggs, Whole Milk, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper.


ALLERGENS: Contains Eggs and Milk.


Keep Refrigerated. Once opened use within 7 days. Use or freeze by date stamped on package. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to a gentle boil on HIGH in a large pot, salt if desired. Carefully add to pot; stir. 1. Cook 3-4 minutes. Do Not Overcook. Drain immediately or lift them out with a slotted spoon. Add directly to prepared sauce of your choice. Yield: about 2 cups Chef Tips: Finish cooked gnocchi in a sauté pan over MED-HIGH heat for 1-2 minutes, with your favorite finishing butter or olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
