Ingredients

Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Dextrose, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil (Adds a trivial amount of Trans Fat). Contains 2% or Less of: Vital Wheat Gluten, Leavening (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Baking Soda), Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Keep dough refrigerated. Do not freeze or microwave unbaked poppin fresh dough. Do not eat raw pizza crust dough. 1. Heat oven to 400 degree F. Grease any size dark or nonstick cookie sheet. (425 degrees F for all other pan types). 2. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Press to desired thickness. 3. Prebake dough 8 minutes. Spread with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Top with cooked meat, cheese and other toppings as desired. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown. For Soft Crust: Do not prebake dough. Spread with sauce and top as above. Bake 9 to 13 minutes for cheese pizza, 13 to 17 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust is deep golden brown. For Thick Crust: Spray or grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Press dough on bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan. Top as above. Bake 14 to 16 minutes for cheese pizza, 16 to 20 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust is deep golden brown.
