French-style cultured cream. New flavor. Certified B Corporation. Made with local, hormone-free cream, our creme fraiche is blended with pure Madagascar vanilla and a touch of sugar. Use in creme brulee and chocolate ganache or lightly whip to top pie or fresh berries. Gluten free. Grade A. Handmade in Vermont.
