Product Details

Made in Vermont with fresh goats' milk from small family farms. Bun boooosh, French for a good mouthful is a hand-ladled cheese. Sprinkled with popular wood ash, the cheese is aged for 10 days at our creamery. Tasting: creamy, mild, nutty, fresh milk, wrinkled rind. Pairing: Riesling, saison, gingerbread, honeycomb, dark chocolate. Handmade in Vermont.


Pasteurized Goats' Milk, Cultures, Enzymes, Salt, Ash.


Serving: Slide knife under cheese to remove, enjoy at room temperature. Storing: Keep in wooden crate wrapped in film. Cheese is Alive: Blue mold is not harmful, remove with tip of knife.
