Named for the "Cream of Vermont," Cremont is mild with a rich and creamy center and soft rind. How to enjoy cremont: TASTING: Creamy, nutty, complex wrinkled rind. PAIRING: Prosecco, hard cider, lemon chutney, fresh figs. SERVING: Enjoy at room temperature.
