Handmade in Vermont. World Cheese Awards 2011 Gold. Made in Vermont with milk from small family farms. Double-Cream Cremont is an aged cheese that combines goats' and cows' milk with a hint of cream. Named for the "Cream of Vermont," Cremont is mild with a rich and creamy center and soft rind. How to enjoy cremont: TASTING: Creamy, nutty, complex wrinkled rind. PAIRING: Prosecco, hard cider, lemon chutney, fresh figs. SERVING: Enjoy at room temperature.
