Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Roasting Directions: Read all directions before roasting. The roasting bag may peel open along the seam during roasting. 1. Preheat to 375 degrees F. Remove turkey breast from freezer. No need to thaw. Just remove frozen turkey breast from outer plastic bag. Do not puncture or remove the inner roasting bag. Check internal temp. 2. Place frozen turkey breast on rack in roasting pan, with the front label facing up. Do not cover. Roast in center of oven, according to chart. Browning occurs without basting. 3. Check internal temperature during final half hour by inserting thermometer into thickest part of turkey breast. Avoid touching any bone with thermometer. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees to 170 degrees F. 4. Allow turkey breast to cool in bag for 20 minutes. Peel open bag, lift out turkey breast. Carve and serve.
