Wegmans Swiss Recipe Sea Salt Caramels are a harmonious blend of complex flavors. Our 120 year old Swiss Recipe Dark Chocolate is used to double coat our soft buttery caramel which is a confectionary art of sugars slowly caramelized to a golden mahogany in open copper kettles and made with fresh cream. Our sea salt is not mined but rather harvested from the sea allowing the sun and wind to evaporate the salt naturally.
