Organically grown pearled barley.

Directions

To Prepare: Use 2 1/2 to 3 cups liquid to 1 cup barley. Bring water or broth to a boil. Add barley, stir, cover, reduce heat, cook 35-40 minutes. Or presoak overnight in a ratio of 2 parts liquid to 1 part grain and cook for 15 minutes.
