Directions

Recipe Guide: Water: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. Espresso: Measure approx 1/2 tbsp (7 g) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. American Coffee: Measure 1 tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 2 tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing just pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. Grinding Chart: Turkish - extra fine; Espresso - fine; K-cup - med-fine; Auto drip - medium; Percolator - coarse; French press - extra coarse. Do not regrind. Grind just enough for each fresh batch. Note: Using preground coffee just measure desired amount for your taste. How to Store: Once opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
