Contains: milk, soy. Important Notice: Breast milk is best for babies. Before using an infant formula, ask the advice of your healthcare professional. This is a milk-based, reduced lactose (95% less lactose as compared to standard milk-based formulas) infant formula that provides complete nutrition for growth and development. It is not suitable for galactosemics or those requiring a galactose-free diet. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Not intended for use by infants or children with glactosemia.

Directions

Storage: Store unused prepared formula in the refrigerator at 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C); use within 24 hours. Do not freeze. Warm infant formula to room temperature and shake well before feeding. Prepared formula should not be without refrigeration more than 2 hours. Store open and unopened containers in a dry area at room temperature. Close the opened container tightly with plastic cap; use contents within 1 month. Avoid any extreme temperatures. Do not reuse container. Do not use if inner or outer seal is damaged or missing. Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these preparation, use and storage instructions. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Before preparing the infant formula, make sure to always wash your hands. Thoroughly wash bottle and feeding utensils in hot, soapy water before each use. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil or sterilize water for formula and the proper preparation of bottle and feeding utensils. 1. Pour desired amount of warm water (approx. 100 degrees F/40 degrees C) into bottle. (See Feeding Chart below.) 2. Add powder. Always add powder to water. Store scoop by sliding handle of DRY scoop into slot located in the upper left corner above the powder. 3. Cap bottle and shake well until powder is dissolved. Feed immediately. Discard any remaining formula in bottle after 1 hour from start of feeding. Use this feeding chart for proper amount of water and powder. To make 2 fl oz bottle (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula) use 2 fl oz water and 1 unpacked level scoop (9.1 g) powder (use scoop enclosed to measure). To make 4 fl oz bottle (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula) use 4 fl oz water and 2 unpacked level scoops (18.2 g) powder (use scoop enclosed to measure). To make 6 fl oz bottle (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula) use 6 fl oz water and 3 unpacked level scoops (27.3 g) powder (use scoop enclosed to measure). To make 8 fl oz bottle (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula) use 8 fl oz water and 4 unpacked level scoops (36.4 g) powder (use scoop enclosed to measure). Warning: Do not use microwave to prepare or warm formula. Serious burns may occur. Use before date on bottom of container.
