Wegmans Ranks #1 for Best Customer Experience According to 2018 Temkin Experience Ratings

ROCHESTER, NY, Apr 10, 2018 – According to the just-published 2018 Temkin Experience Ratings (U.S.), Wegmans ranks #1 for providing the best customer experience of any supermarket in the country, and in fact, received the highest overall score of any of the 318 companies across 20 different industries that were evaluated.  This marks the 8th consecutive year that Temkin has measured customer experience.

To generate these ratings, Temkin asked 10,000 U.S. consumers to rate their recent interactions with 318 companies across 20 industries.  They then evaluated their experiences across three dimensions: success, effort and emotion.

Wegmans invites customers and employees to celebrate this recognition with a cake celebration on Saturday, April 14th, at 11 a.m. at all of our stores.
