Roasted Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss potato wedges and basting oil in large bowl; sprinkle with pepper blend. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast, 20 min, until bottoms of potatoes are crisp and golden brown. Turn potatoes; roast, about 10 min, until tender.
Chef Tips
To wedge potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into about 4 sections.
If you’re roasting veggies with other items in the same oven, you may have to adjust veggie cooking time.
