Cauliflower Pecorino Gratin

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss cauliflower florets with 1/4 cup of basting oil in braising pan; add water. Cover; bake 40 min on center rack of oven. 
     
  2. Combine bread crumbs, remaining basting oil, and cheese in small bowl. 
     
  3. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture evenly over cauliflower; bake 10-15 min, uncovered, until liquid is evaporated and crumb topping is lightly browned.

Can be made in any ovenproof casserole dish with lid.
