Balsamic Roasted Delicata Squash

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss squash, onion, vinegar, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast, 25-30 min, turning halfway through, until browned and tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
