Warmed Tomatoes, Goat Cheese & Olives


You'll Need

10-inch quiche dish or decorative 1-quart casserole dish


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place tomatoes in small bowl; crush with back of fork.

2. Place cheese in baking dish; top with tomatoes, thyme, basil, oregano and olives.
3. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Place in oven; cook 15-18 min or until warmed through and tomatoes bubble.

Chef Tips
  • Dried herbs can be used, using half as much of dried as you would fresh. Chopping of herbs and olives can be done in advance. 
  • May be cooked in foil pie plate on MED preheated grill, closed, 12-15 min or until warmed through.
  • Serve with crostini.
